I will send details tomorrow == Mail Go Murakami ~~~~ Dear Mio members, I hope all the best for you and your family in this difficult circumstances. ESA and JAXA will perform our Earth flyby operations as planned. Here I send you the detailed information. ============================== <Mio observation plan> The timeline is described in BepiColombo_Earth_flyby_20200310f.xlsx ("Fly-by_OBS_new sheet"). Each procedure is included in Earth_flyby_dcsm.zip. Mio will be turned on at 18:54UT on 9 April and turned off at 04:38 on 11 April. As a reference, all the commands are listed in time series in XOR_C951. xlsx. <Operations support> JAXA members will support the operations from JAXA/ISAS. All sequences will be executed by MPO mission timeline, so we will just monitor the telemetry. Some downlink data latency is expected upto several hours at maximum. We will setup Zoom link as past operations (access info is shown below). The PI team supports via Zoom are higly appreciated of course (but not mandatory). <Zoom link> https://zoom.us/j/3256594488?pwd=aldQWWFWUHpBR2ZnN1J4ZmF2TGZKQT09 Meeting ID: 325 659 4488 Pass: mio <Flyby information> Closest approach: 04:24:57UT on 10 April 2010 Altitude: 12,677 km You can find more in ESA site here. https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/bepicolombo-flyby/earthflyby <Pass information> 4/9 11:57 - 4/9 20:07 MAL 4/9 22:42- 4/10 03:50 NOR 4/10 03:38 - 4/10 04:47 CEB 4/10 04:15 - 4/10 07:08 MAL 04/10 08:23 - 4/10 17:21 NOR 4/10 19:52 - 4/11 05:22 MAL <PI-QL info> Use SOCKFILE.X.STPSTRG_EDDS_A and ANTID=167 # SOCKFILE is attached. You can always use ANTIT = 167 and SOCKFILE.X.STPSTRG_EDDS_A for all the data after launch. <MMO system QL info> Select the prompt data source according to the pass information above (MAL, NOR, or CEB). E.g., 31_MMO_X_RL_MAL/30_MMO_X_RL_CEB/32_MMO_X_RL_NOR Or, if you perform the following "patch" treatment on your system QL, you don't need to change the antenna ID but you can just connect to EDDS-A (20_MMO_X_RL_EDDS-A). The way to add the "patch" is as follows. ---------------- 1. Login as 'mmo_root' (password is the same as uid). 2. Copy tlmql_20200401.sh and tlmql_20200401.tar on any directory. 3. Run tlmql_20200401.sh 4. Logout and login as 'mmo_user' ---------------- ============================== If you have any questions or comments, please let me know. Best regards, Go Murakami ~~~~
