We found some problem in the HK telemetry, when mixing REAL time HK and REPRO HK.

The two data sources are dumped separately, and the APID seq count are not increasing, depending on the order of the data dumps.

We cannot plot data if time-tags are not increasing.

We have no other way to separate TM from REPRO and REAL mode, than doing two separate requests.
